QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM
ASSOCIATE IN APPLIED ARTS AND SCIENCE DEGREE
Industrial Technology Dept. 810-989-5754
Quality assurance technicians test and inspect products at different stages of production in order to maintain the quality of each product. They may set up and perform various tests on the product, record the data, and make recommendations to improve the product quality. Improved products and a "guarantee of quality" at a low cost is necessary for most small firms to survive in the very competitive global markets of today.
