Delta (14-16) heads home for the semifinals Thursday night against No. 1-seeded Wayne County CC. The finals are set for Saturday afternoon at Delta.

In two Michigan Community College Athletic Association Eastern Conference games against SC4, Delta won by a combined five points, including a dramatic one-point decision Feb. 15 at SC4.

Sophomore Marques Pool paced the Skippers with 20 points. He was one of four players to score in double figures.

Joemar Black followed up Pool’s performance with 15 points, while Antwan Willis chipped in with 12 points and Terrell Wright added 10. De’Andre Vail had nine points off the bench.

Pool and Wright were the lone sophomores on the Skipper roster this season.
