SC4 motorcycle safety classes still available

St. Clair County Community College has a few seats still available for motorcycle riders looking to improve their riding ability this summer.

The college’s Performance Based Motorcycle Safety class is a six-hour Motorcycle Safety Foundation class for the experienced rider. The emphasis is on advancing skills.

Participants must provide a motorcycle that can pass a safety inspection and sign a waiver before attending class. Waiver forms are available at www.sc4.edu/motorcyclesafety.

Seats remain in two classes, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 16, and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12.

Cost is $25. Students must register at least one week in advance. For details or to register, visit www.sc4.edu/wave and click on non-credit students or call (810) 989-5788.
