PHOTO NEWS RELEASE: SC4 Symphonic Band presents "Halloween Spooktacular III"

The St. Clair County Community College Symphonic Band presented "Halloween Spooktacular III" on Monday, Oct. 29, at McMorran Auditorium in Port Huron. The band is an all-ages mixture of SC4 students and members of the community. After the concert, children received candy, as well as a lesson in Halloween safety.
