SC4 to host Sanilac County Academic Games

The 23rd annual Raymond T. Dunbar Jr. Sanilac County Academic Games are planned for 9 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, on St. Clair County Community College’s Port Huron campus.

More than 100 high school students representing six school districts in Sanilac County will challenge each other in four academic areas: language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. Questions are written by SC4 professors, who also will judge the competition.

Opening remarks will be by state Rep. John Espinoza, D-Croswell, 83rd District. The day will consist of three rounds of questioning to determine the winning school.

For details, call Pamela Oziah at SC4’s Student Success Center at (810) 989-5520.
