Education leader to discuss moving St. Clair County forward Dr. Willard R. Daggett, an international leader in education, will speak about “The Educational Challenge: Preparing St. Clair County for a Changing World” on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at St. Clair County Community College. The event will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in the Fine Arts Theatre on the college’s Port Huron campus.
