SC4 student earns Evelyn Sharrow Scholarship

St. Clair County Community College student Stacie Hein of Wales Township has been awarded the Evelyn Sharrow Scholarship for 2008-09 through the SC4 Foundation.

The award is $500.

The scholarship is awarded to an SC4 freshman, with preference given to a Port Huron High School graduate. Other criteria include being enrolled full-time and having a minimum 3.0 grade point average. If no applications are received from Port Huron High School students in a given year, students from Port Huron Northern High School would be given consideration.
