SC4 to present foreign film ‘Saawariya’

St. Clair County Community College’s International Cultural Education Committee will present the foreign film Saawariya at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, in Room 201 of the Clara E. Mackenzie Building on the Port Huron campus.

Admission to the Indian film is free. The musical love story follows two star-crossed lovers who meet by chance in a small town. The film, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was released in 2007.

The film is rated PG by the Motion Picture Association of America.

Discussion will follow the showing.
