SC4 to offer emergency medical technician program

St. Clair County Community College’s Workforce Training Institute will offer a Basic Emergency Medical Technician program.

Classes will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday from Feb. 9 through May 27.

The 254-hour program is an essential step toward a career in emergency services. Students will gain knowledge and skills in the field with clinical time on an ambulance and in an emergency room.

It is a Michigan Certified Basic Emergency Medical Technician program.
