Concert to showcase SC4 Symphonic, Jazz bands

The SC4 Symphonic Band will present “Two for One,” a joint concert with the SC4 Jazz Band, at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at McMorran Place Auditorium, 701 McMorran Blvd., Port Huron.

The theme for the symphonic band’s show is “Marching into March,” featuring music from 16 marching pieces. The theme for the jazz band’s show is “The War Years,” featuring musical pieces from the World War II era. The bands are conducted by Carl Gippert.

Tickets cost $7 for adults and $5 for students, with free admission for children through grade 12 when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are available at the McMorran Box Office.
