SC4 offers administrative assistant programs

St. Clair County Community College’s Workforce Training Institute is offering four administrative assistant programs to prepare students for computer and office skills certifications.

Students can choose from an eight-week, 16-week, 24-week or one-year program to earn the Internet and Computing Core Certification or Microsoft Office Certification. The certifications ready students to work in an office setting in a variety of industries.

Classes start every week and meet year-round. The program allows students to work at their own pace. Individual assistance is available in an open lab from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday on the college’s Port Huron campus.

Students must pass an exam to gain certification. Exam vouchers are included in the cost of each class.

Call (810) 989-5788 to schedule an orientation or visit www.sc4.edu/preparetowork.
