Veteran NHL broadcaster Mike Emrick speaks to SC4 class

 
Award-winning National Hockey League broadcaster Mike "Doc" Emrick speaks to an Introduction to Mass Media class Tuesday, Nov. 23, at St. Clair County Community College. The class is taught by Instructor Paul Miller. Emrick is voice of the NHL’s New Jersey Devils. He has announced more than 3,000 professional hockey games on NBC, ESPN, Fox, Versus and other networks. Emrick spoke about his career in broadcasting and gave advice to students on reaching their own career goals. Emrick lives in St. Clair.
