SC4 to offer online classes for educators

St. Clair County Community College’s Workforce Training Institute is offering several monthly online classes for educators beginning in January.

The classes provide continuing education for K-12 teachers and administrators. Participants will receive 2.4 Michigan State Board of Education Continuing Education Units per class.

Classes are offered through online training partner ed2go.

Classes begin monthly and run:

Jan. 19 to March 11
Feb. 16 to April 8
March 16 to May 6
April 20 to June 10

Classes include the following:

Differentiated Instruction in the Classroom
RTI: Reading Strategies that Work
Singapore Math: Number Sense and Computational Strategies
