SC4 to offer customer sales and service classes

St. Clair County Community College’s Workforce Training Institute will offer a series of customer sales and service classes on the Port Huron campus.

The 11 different professional development classes offer continuing education units and are designed for those who work in a customer service field. The classes include various topics to help employees maximize productivity and improve customer service skills.

Classes are:

  • Internet Research for Business Professionals — 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 7 and 8

  • A Peacock in the Land of Penguins — 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, March 21
  • Working Together More Effectively — 8 a.m. to noon Monday, April 25
  • Addressing Emotions at Work — 1 to 5 p.m. Monday, April 25
  • Listening in a Hectic World — 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday, April 26
  • Speaking to Influence Others — 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 26
  • Guiding Customer Conversations — 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 27
  • Healing the Customer Relationship — 8 a.m. to noon Thursday, April 28
  • Dazzling Your Customer — 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, April 28
  • Reaching for Stellar Customer Service — 8 a.m. to noon Friday, April 29
  • Serving a World of Customers — 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 29
