SC4 to offer supply chain technologies program St. Clair County Community College’s Workforce Training Institute will offer a supply chain technologies program on the college’s Port Huron campus. The supply chain technologies program is designed to quickly prepare people for entry-level employment in the transportation, distribution and logistics industry as a shipping, receiving or traffic clerk. The six-week program will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday from Feb. 21 to April 11. When completed, students will be prepared to sit for the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) exams, as well as Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) exam. Students must complete pre-assessment testing at least one week prior to class start date. For details or to register, call (810) 989-5788 or visit www.sc4.edu/workforce. ### This workforce solution was funded by a grant awarded under the President’s Community-Based Job Training Grants as implemented by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration.
