The SC4 Alumni Association will host a Skipper 5K Fun Run or Walk at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, July 23, in Port Huron.

The event is presented in cooperation with the SC4 Athletic Department and Blue Water Fest.

All proceeds will benefit St. Clair County Community College student athletic scholarships.

Early registration by Thursday, July 7, is $20 for youth age 17 or younger and $25 for adults age 18 or older. Late registration after July 7 is $30 for all ages.

Early registration includes a T-shirt and the opportunity to march with the SC4 Alumni Association in Port Huron’s Rotary International Day Parade on Wednesday, July 20.

The race will begin just north of the Municipal Office Center, 100 McMorran Blvd., Port Huron. The route will proceed north through Pine Grove Park to the Blue Water Bridge and return to the Municipal Office Center.

Awards will be presented to runners only in each age division: 13 and younger, 14 to 17, 18 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, and 50 and older.
