SC4 to offer business/management seminars

St. Clair County Community College will offer a series of business/management seminars this winter on the Port Huron campus.

The six different professional development seminars offer continuing education units and are designed for those who work in a customer service field. The sessions include various topics to help employees maximize productivity and improve customer service skills.

The seminars are four hours each. Participants can take just one seminar or the whole series.

Seminars are:

  • Clarifying Performance Expectations — 8 a.m. to noon Friday, Jan. 27
  • Correcting Performance Problems — 8 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 3
  • Dazzling Your Customer — 8 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 10
  • Listening in a Hectic World — 8 a.m. to noon Friday, Feb. 17
  • Building Team Pride and Purpose — 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 22
  • Negotiating Resources for Your Team — 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 29
