SC4 basketball players receive honors

Members of the St. Clair County Community College men's and women's basketball teams were honored for the 2011-12 season Monday, April 23, at an awards ceremony on the Port Huron campus.

The men's team finished its 2011-12 season in March with 15 wins and 16 losses. The team reached the National Junior College Athletic Association District 9 quarterfinal. The women's team finished its season in March with 19 wins and 17 losses. The team won the NJCAA District H Championship and participated in the NJCAA National Tournament in East Peoria, Ill.

Dale Vos is head men's coach. Mike Groulx is head women's coach.
