SC4 to present 'Edward, the Owl and the Calico Cat' on stage St. Clair County Community College will present Edward, the Owl and the Calico Cat at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, May 12, in the Fine Arts Theatre on the Port Huron campus. The public show is part of SC4's annual Children's Theatre and caps off performances the previous day for area schoolchildren. Edward, the Owl and the Calico Cat was written by Emily Cicchini. The all-ages show is directed by Tom Kephart. This fast-paced children's play is based on the life and work of Victorian poet Edward Lear. Written in simple poetry, limericks and rhymes, it contains adaptations of folk songs from America, Britain, Ireland and Wales. Tickets for the show cost $5 per person. Tickets are available at the door. For details, call the Visual and Performing Arts Department at (810) 989-5709. St. Clair County Community College
