SC4 students earn degrees, certificates

St. Clair County Community College's 88th annual Commencement ceremony Friday, May 4, honored graduating students in numerous associate degree and certificate programs.

The event at McMorran Place Main Arena in Port Huron featured Christian Michael Jones of St. Clair as keynote speaker. Jones graduated summa cum laude that night with an associate in arts degree. He plans to transfer to Oakland University to pursue a bachelor's degree in communications.

SC4 students earned associate degrees in arts, science, general education, engineering, business, and applied arts and science. The college had more than 630 students eligible to graduate.
