Two St. Clair County Community College students have been awarded a scholarship through the E.B. Mueller Endowment for 2012-13.

The scholarship is given to sophomores who meet certain criteria, including majoring in business or engineering and being a full-time resident in the SC4 district or Lambton County. The scholarship will continue for recipients transferring to the University of Michigan who maintain full-time status with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.

Each student was awarded $1,000 per year at SC4 and $2,500 per year at U of M.

The students are Emily Berkobien of Avoca and Julie Dionne of St. Clair.
