Registration for spring, summer and fall classes begins at SC4 Walk-in registration for all students begins April 15 for spring, summer and fall semester classes at St. Clair County Community College (SC4) in downtown Port Huron. The College offers 51 occupational Associate degree and Certificate programs and 55 seamless transfer program options. Classes for the six-week spring session begin the week of May 20.
