SC4 Retirees group elects officers

The SC4 Retirees group at its Monday, Sept. 12, meeting elected new officers for 2005-06.

New officers are:

President — Elwin Hartwig, Port Huron.
President-elect — Jim Leader, Port Huron.
Treasurer — Larry Yaek, St. Clair Township.
Recording Secretary — Margaret Sutton, Port Huron Township.
Corresponding Secretary — Judy Halamka, Port Huron Township.

The SC4 Retirees group usually meets at noon the first Monday of each month in the Wellington Room of the Fogcutter Restaurant in Port Huron. However, the September meeting was Sept. 12 and the October meeting will be Oct. 10.

Membership is open to any retiree of St. Clair County Community College. The group is a social group, whose members also raise money for scholarships.
