Phi Theta Kappa

Description:

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is the only International Honors Society for the two-year college. Phi Theta Kappa promotes four hallmarks in the college: Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Fellowship. Lambda Mu, the local chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, is both an international and regional award-winning chapter for its programming in all four Hallmarks. Membership in Lambda Mu involves the student in academic, social, and community and college service activities. We are both a serious and a fun group. However, though members are encouraged to become involved in chapter activities, they are not required to do so. Membership requirements are a minimum of twelve SC4 credit hours completed with at least a 3.0 GPA.
