What is Registered Apprenticeship?

Earn while you learn: “The Other Four Year Degree”
In Collaboration with St Clair County Community College

Apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom instruction through which workers learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation. Apprenticeship programs are sponsored by joint employer and labor groups, individual employers, and/ or employer associations. Typically an apprenticeship program runs from one to five years in length.
