AED (Automatic Electronic Defibrillator) is carried in the campus patrol vehicle daily. If you have the need for an AED at your scene, dial 911 first and request the appropriate emergency medical or police assistance. Next dial 989-5757 and request assistance from Campus Patrol. All officers are trained in CPR and the use of the AED. In many instances, Campus Patrol is able to respond to the scene on campus before professional assistance. Additionally AEDs are located on the first floor of every building.

Accidents and health emergencies on campus

Report all accidents occurring on college campus that cause injury to students. Accidents that cause serious injury are to be treated as an emergency situation. When a student is injured or becomes ill while on campus, Campus Patrol will provide the initial call for assistance. A student encountering a minor accident to their vehicle or lost or stolen items on campus may elect to have campus patrol make a report on the incident.
