SC4 has a free smart phone application that allows students, faculty and staff to access SC4 class cancellations, events, news and other information.

Known as MOX, the app works on the iPad, iPhone, iPod, Android-based phones and several Blackberry models.

SC4's app has several features:

• Class cancellation list – Part of the news feed for looking up what classes have been canceled for the day.
• Events calendar – Featuring campus events.
• News feed – Providing the latest SC4 news and information.
• Map – Detailing SC4’s main campus and photos of each building.
• Phone numbers – Offering a list of important SC4 telephone numbers.
• Friends list – Providing a social networking setting.

To get the app:

• Go to the app store for whatever phone you have.
• Search for MOX and download it for free.
• Once the app opens, select St. Clair County Community College and it will become your default choice.
