Eastern Michigan Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association ScholarshipAwarded to student studying for a career in air pollution control, hazardous waste management or another environmental area. Award: $1,500 year Deadline: Feb. 28, 2010 Application Rotary Club of Fort Gratiot ScholarshipAwarded to adults returning for higher education after being out of high school a minimum of two years (preferred) and enrolled in a business course. Applicants should not be part of any Rotary member’s immediate family. Students must carry a GPA of 2.5 to be considered for the scholarships. Students must have a minimum of 12 credits per semester and working part time (15 hours) or a minimum of 6 credits per semester and working full time (32 hours or more). Qualified applicants may be interviewed by the Education Committee.
