The Green Team at SC4 is a group of faculty, staff, students and community members focused on three key areas:

• Energy conservation
• Green education
• Recycling

The Green Team will be completing a report to the American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment by May 2009. The American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment provides a framework and support for America’s colleges and universities to go climate neutral.

SC4 will serve as a role model for our communities and for our students who will develop the social, economic and technological solutions to reverse global warming,

The Green Team is planning a trial run at recycling for spring/summer with full implementation in the fall.
