Description: Following the city of Port Huron vacating McMorran Boulevard from Erie Street to River Street, this project would improve and provide safer pedestrian flow on campus, offer additional green opportunities and give the campus a more defined entrance or "front door." The project would include street removal, curb removal, landscaping, sidewalk, cul-de-sac and street lighting to match SC4.
