Return to Learn
| “Return to Learn” is a collaborative initiative between the state of Michigan and St. Clair County Community College to encourage adults in the work force to return to college to complete a degree. “Return to Learn” will help working-age adults return to the classroom to complete the degrees and training they need to get better jobs and earn higher incomes. In announcing November as “Return to Learn” month, Gov. Jennifer Granholm noted Michigan is below the national average in the number of residents with college degrees. And the state is above average when it comes to residents who left higher education without completing a degree, certificate or other valuable credential.
