Residency requirement:
To qualify for in-state tuition rates, you must be a Michigan resident for at least six (6) months prior to the start of classes. To qualify for in-district tuition rates, you must establish residency in the college district at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of classes and submit the Residency Change Form in the Enrollment Services Office prior to the start of the semester. | Tuition Calculation Table

May 31, 2008 to July 4, 2008* - Payment in full required at the time of registration. *College closed July 4, 2008; online service is available. Fall 2008 - Tuition payment schedule Registered: April 14, 2008 to July 11, 2008 - No payment required until final payment due date of July 25, 2008. Partial payments are accepted through July 24, 2008.
July 12, 2008 - Payment in full required at the time of registration. Payment options - The college accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check or cash during business hours. Online payments can be made at www.sc4.edu/wave.
