Welcome to St. Clair County Community College (SC4).
SC4 has a successful history of serving the Blue Water communities
located within the southeast Michigan region. Our beautiful 25-acre campus runs
along the Black River and is located in the heart of downtown Port Huron. We
also have four satellite locations based in Algonac, Croswell, Peck and Yale.
Our mission is to maximize student success. Currently, we
serve approximately 3,800 students ranging in age from 14 to 85. Our class size
is small and personal and faculty members work diligently to prepare students
for academic and career success. This follows our vision of creating an
academic and cultural environment that empowers students to succeed.
Academic excellence is central to the prosperity of our
community. We offer associate degrees and certificate programs on-campus as
well as online. Presently, we have three university partners: Ferris State
University, University of Michigan-Flint and Walsh College. These partnerships
allow students to obtain bachelor degrees without having to leave St. Clair
County. SC4 is also a proud partner with the Blue Water Middle College Academy
and the Croswell-Lexington Early College program. These innovative programs
allow high school students in participating districts to earn a two-year
associate degree as they complete high school.
Our website highlights what we do best here at SC4. You will
find that we offer many community enrichment opportunities, including arts and
athletics programs as well as numerous opportunities made possible through our
Nasr Natural Science Museum. We hope that you will visit our campus to enjoy
all of the possibilities we have to offer you!
