Patterns is a magazine of student literature and art that has been published annually for 60 years. Patterns is the longest continually published community college literary and arts magazine in Michigan featuring student work. Any student enrolled at St. Clair County Community College is eligible to submit work for consideration.
The magazine is completely designed and created by St. Clair County Community College students.
The artwork deadline for the 61th Edition of the Patterns is Dec. 1, 2018, and the deadline for the writing entries is Dec. 13, 2018. The winners will be notified by mail and the winners will be honored at a reception in April 2019. Students can fill out an application from the portal for the arts and fill out this application for writing.
